    A: We're happily based in Manchester, United Kingdom

  • Q: How does shipping work?
    A: When you complete your checkout and your payment is verified and completed. Then it takes between 2h/4h for your order to be processed. Depending on your Card provider. Your purchase will be passed into our Fulfillment department which forward your order into our suppliers which in return, will follow up with confirmations, around 12 hours/24 hours later a shipping Reference is produced and send to us.   • Q: The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?
    A: If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

    A: No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.
