Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mirkats.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Returns and Vouchers
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, instead of refunds, we offer customers a voucher that can be used to purchase a similarly priced product. Please note that processing and posting the voucher may take some time.

 

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/voucher or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

We do NOT give full or partial refunds, instead we offer Vouchers to ( Applicable products ) 

- Book with obvious signs of use 

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Voucher. 

If approved, instead of refunds, we offer customers a voucher that can be used to purchase a similarly priced product. Please note that processing and posting the voucher may take some time. 

 

Late or missing Voucher (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a customers a voucher yet, first check your email inbox again. Then contact our customer support, it may take some time before your Voucher is officially posted. 

There is often some processing time before a customers a voucher is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your customers a voucher yet, please contact us at support@mirkats.com.  

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mirkats.com and send your item to: Mirkats Inc., . 

 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will NOT send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a voucher, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your all amount paid initial and leftover will be added into issue voucher. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
